We were delighted to see this very interesting article in the Yorkshire Post last Sunday in relation to housing development in rural Yorkshire. It’s great to see the importance of development in these areas being championed.
We are delighted to have successfully attained outline planning permission for up to 35 residential dwellings on a greenfield site at the edge of Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria for our client; a local farming family.
Last month the government published its follow up to the White Paper; Fixing our Broken Housing Market, delivering on its promise to consult on a proposed standardised method for calculating local housing need (including transitional arrangements).
