PLANNING & ARCHITECTURE NEWS – residential development consented in Epping Forest

rural development, residential development, rural husing, rural solutions, planning consent, planning permission, epping forestWe are pleased to share news of our latest planning consent from Epping Forest District Council for the development of two residential dwellings in the rural location of Nazeing.

Currently, the site contains two buildings used as a stables and garden building – the plans will convert these into two new homes.

Rural Solutions’ Planning and Architecture team worked together to produce plans and designs for the existing buildings to be converted into much needed rural housing. The practical and sensitive design has been created to blend seamlessly with their environment and make the most of their idyllic location. Work will commence based on the conditions of the consent which include specific care taken to preserve the surrounding trees and shrubbery and ensure bat conservation.

Working in the rural environment, very often we come across buildings that require specific care for protected species such as bats. We are committed to ensuring that developments in the countryside are responsible and look to maintain and enhance the environment they are becoming a part of.
