In 2014 planning and listed building consents were granted for conversion of the derelict Grade II listed coach house. The two wings of the building will be maintained as double height spaces containing kitchen/dining/living space separated by a central core with stairway to the upper floor containing 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. A new build detached ‘cart shed’ will be constructed for parking. This scheme was designed to retain the openness of the front courtyard and its historic relationship with the paddocks beyond.

Planning conditions have now been discharged and tender packages to carry out the works have been issued.
