CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR RECENTLY PROMOTED TEAM MEMBERS

At our recent whole team meeting we were delighted to announce some well-deserved promotions:

Dawn Mercer to Associate Director, Emily Leader to Senior Consultant, Selby Stocks to Associate Director, Sandy Fishpool to Associate Director and Jessie Mitchell to Project Coordinator.

Dawn, who has been promoted to Associate Director,  has been with Rural Solutions for 3 years following several years spent working on nationally and internationally significant leisure projects. Since joining Rural Solutions, Dawn has been advising national multi-site operators and new entrants to create concepts and operational and financial plans for new developments in the rural leisure sector. Most recently Dawn has been project managing preparations for the opening of a new family attraction in the South East and working with a national land owning body to procure new operating partners. Congratulations Dawn!

Emily Leader has been promoted to Senior Consultant. Her earlier career was in property market research and real estate portfolio benchmarking. Since joining Rural Solutions she has worked on a range of rural diversification and development projects for estate clients, public institutions and private land and property owners. Emily’s well deserved promotion to Senior Consultant reflects her evolving role in working with some of our highest profile clients looking to develop new homes and enterprises in the countryside.

Jessie Mitchell has been promoted to Project Coordinator. Jessie joined the RSL back at the beginning of 2020 and despite weathering a minor storm known to others as a global pandemic, has been the glue that holds us all together ever since. A hugely deserved promotion and thank you Jessie for keeping us all (the entire RSL team) on track. Well done!

Sandy Fishpool,  has been promoted to Associate Director – Design, joined RSL back in 2018 bringing with her a wealth of experience in the areas of Heritage and Conservation. Sandy continues to work on a variety of complex design projects and where possible uses her extensive heritage and conservation experience. Congratulations Sandy on an incredibly well deserved promotion.

Selby Stocks has been promoted to Associate Director – Design. Since joining Rural solutions Selby has worked on a number of exciting and unique projects and things are set to continue in this vein in his new role as Associate Director. Selby is currently working on the detailed design for a new naturist facility – never a dull day at RSL!
