PARA 79 SUCCESS FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE TEAM IN AMPLEFORTH, NORTH YORKSHIRE
Rural Solutions landscape architecture design achieves planning consent for a Paragraph 79 dwelling at Ampleforth in collaboration with the Ethical Partnership and Sadler Brown Architects.
Rural Solutions landscape architecture team was responsible for the landscape design for a new Paragraph 79 house consented at Ampleforth, North Yorkshire. The project, managed in collaboration with The Ethical Partnership and Sadler Brown Architects was consented by Ryedale District Council.
The scheme at Ampleforth will incorporate the vast enhancement of the surrounding landscape. The site is set amongst a combination of orchard, nuttery and next-generation trees and woodland planting that will ensure the development will greatly enhance the local environment for years to come, and go well above and beyond the standard biodiversity net gain requirements.
The house itself has been designed to include many sustainable features that aims to be carbon neutral, with onsite renewable energy generation, and water harvesting with recycling and filtration – ensuring that Ampleforth becomes an example of environmentally conscious design.
