Brief – Identify all commercial, leisure and residential opportunities across the Estate and formulated a hierarchy of those opportunities as a ‘route map’ to delivery.

Methodology – The Masterplan is an overarching document which qualifies and quantifies the benefits to the Estate while balancing out the social, economic and environmental considerations. It is also used to engage with the local planning authority when it comes to making planning applications and also for engagement with the local community.

Outcome – Advancement of nine mixed leisure and residential sites to Planning. Our long term retention by this client is testament to our successful working collaboration alongside an existing agent and management team.
