Webinar - a rural roundup on changes to planning policy

We will talk through the recent changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), and the wider suite of proposals being implemented and consulted on to unlock development and the strategic opportunities these present for those involved in the management and development of rural land and property.

With a challenging financial outlook for farms and estates, opportunities to generate capital receipts through development will be welcomed by some. Alongside this we will look at some of the ways in which land-based businesses can generate income through development and diversification to boost cashflow.
