To receive permission for a replacement traditional country house in the Cotswolds, on the site of a previous 19th Century Repton designed mansion that was demolished in the 1930s.

The design incorporated many sustainable elements, including ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, rainwater and greywater harvesting and heat recovery ventilation system.

Approval to go ahead with the construction of the palatial 3,105 square metre floor space incorporating 11 en-suite bedrooms, four staff living quarters, six reception rooms, an orangery, grand hall and underground cinema, indoor pool and gym, cloister and stable block.
